Change "Internet Explore Links" Bookmark Folder

The Notes client has a folder on the bookmark bar for "Internet Explorer Links" that it pulls in from IE.

A lot of people aren't using IE any more, and even Windows 10 is switching to Microsoft Edge.  Is there a setting anywhere where you can get it to pull favorites/bookmarks from a different browser like Firefox or Chrome?
